Position Purpose:
Provide professional receptionist and secretarial support to the organization. Operate switchboard and greet all visitors, coordinate express mail/UPS pick-ups and deliveries, and provide secretarial/clerical support as necessary. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Professionally greets all guests and visitors on the telephone and in person. May request visitors to sign in and issues visitors pass/badge. Directs visitors to proper meeting rooms. Effectively disperses information as it is received at the reception desk. May use computer to search employee information and direct calls to appropriate department / person. Sort incoming mail Assists other departments as needed. May replenish supplies in all kitchens, break rooms, and conference rooms. May maintain company phone directory. Process OPCO invoices for payment in AS400 and assist managers with uploading invoices Assists receiving department with inbound scheduling using web based system during day shift hours Assist with OPCO employee functions, meetings, family day, vendor contact, etc Assist with Customer Service function as needed Performs other related duties as assigned.

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience 6-12 Months working with general public and / or office staff Admin Support/Assistant /Clerical Proficient in MS Office Consistent Work History AS400 a plus Preferred qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience 1 - 2 Years Receptionist in an office environment Proficient in MS Office Consistent Work History AS400 a plus
