Our veterinary clinic is on the hunt for a fun-loving, animal-obsessed Client Service Representative to join us!

What You'll Do:

• Greet pets and their humans like the superstars they are!
• Schedule appointments with a smile, whether it's for a routine check-up or an emergency belly ache.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and more with the same enthusiasm you'd have for playing fetch.
• Handle payments, medical records, and the occasional "my dog just ate my shoe" story with grace and good humor.
• Be a calm, reassuring voice when pet parents need support and comfort.

You'll be the heartbeat of our clinic, making sure our patients and their people are well taken care of.

Must-Haves:

• A genuine love for animals of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments (if you've ever talked to a cat like it was your best friend, you're our kind of person).
• Stellar communication and organization skills—you'll be juggling multiple tasks at once.
• A sense of humor—because let's face it, pets (and their people) can be hilarious and work can be fun!
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, especially when things get a little.
