Job Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone Manage patient appointments and coordinate with medical staff Update patient records in EMR and CRM systems Process billing, update accounts, and collect copayments Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information Maintain a clean and organized reception area Support office tasks such as ordering supplies and arranging couriers Make decisions within established guidelines Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications:
1+ year healthcare experience Excellent customer service and phone skills Effective multitasking in fast-paced settings Detail-oriented and organized Proficient inMicrosoft Office Preferred Qualifications:

This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. #LI-MD1 Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $38,000 - $45,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
