• Temporary, Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, reliable Office / Retail Assistant to join our team for the summer rafting season.

This role is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in delivering a fun, organized, and welcoming experience in the shop of our whitewater rafting business. Duties Assist in booking rafting trips and activities using our reservation system. Check guests in and prepare waivers and trip paperwork. Help answer phones and respond to guest questions in person. Sell retail items and merchandise. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Keep the office and retail area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist guides and management as needed to support daily operations. Requirements Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable handling money and using point-of-sale systems. Strong communication and organization skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable and punctual. Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred, but not required. Physical & Work Environment Standing for extended periods. Light cleaning and organizing duties. Busy, outdoor recreation environment with waves of high guest interaction. Schedule Details Saturdays and Sundays only. Seasonal position running from the end of May through early September.
