About the Opportunity Welcomes visitors and answers incoming calls in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner. Maintains a clean and neat reception area, handles specific resident services and facility tasks as assigned and seeks administrative support as needed. Critical Success Factors Exhibits positive customer service that includes respectfulness, friendliness and willingness to assist others. Well-groomed, professional appearance. Displays personal initiative by completing work without constant supervision, by having reliable attendance and by addressing work-related problems with the proper individuals. Demonstrates communication skills that include careful listening, thoughtful responses, and accurate reporting to the appropriate people. Maintains/protects resident and staff confidentiality. Recognizes/respects residents' rights. Demonstrates ability to discern the importance and urgency of events and follows through appropriately. Displays skills in operating and using office equipment, such as copier, fax machine, postage meter, etc. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED preferred. Good organization skills.
