Full Job Description Job Overview:
Opus Music School is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Studio Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our growing music school. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families and students, has strong customer service skills, and can help keep our studio running smoothly and professionally. You'll greet students and parents, manage lesson schedules, assist with enrollment inquiries, and support daily studio operations in a positive and team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Front Desk Duties Welcome students and families with a warm and professional attitude Manage lesson schedules and optimize studio bookings Check in students and process tuition payments Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective families Assist with trial lesson scheduling and student enrollment Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and waiting area Promote upcoming recitals, events, and studio programs when appropriate Encourage lesson renewals, referrals, and online reviews Opening Duties Arrive early to prepare the studio for the day Turn on lights/music and set up the front desk area Confirm the day's lesson schedule and teacher assignments Ensure classrooms and waiting areas are clean and ready for students Closing Duties Assist with final student check-outs and studio closing procedures Organize front desk materials and sanitize common areas Turn off lights/music and secure the studio Communicate any daily updates or issues to management Other Responsibilities Support basic administrative and organizational tasks Assist with inventory and restocking studio supplies Help maintain a positive and professional studio environment Support recital and event preparation when needed
Pay:
$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
