Candidates has to be highly organized, basic knowledge of Word-Excell programs, and possess excellent communication skills. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support administrative workflows Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, reports, and presentations Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail distribution, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace Skills Proven experience with front desk operations and office management in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently Bilingual abilities , SPANISH speakers are highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and document handling Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; experience as a personal assistant or in bookkeeping is advantageous Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks Join us in creating a vibrant office environment where your organizational talents and positive attitude will make a real difference!
