A Day in the Life at Spa Sway You will be the first impression and lasting impression of Spa Sway. From the moment a guest walks through our doors, you'll create an elevated, seamless, and welcoming luxury experience. You'll balance hospitality, organization, multitasking, and sales while helping clients discover services, memberships, and wellness solutions tailored to their needs. This is a role for someone who is comfortable selling, confident in conversation, and energized by helping guests commit to their wellness journey. Key Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting guests with warmth, professionalism, confidence, and positive energy Answering phones and coordinating appointments with accuracy and efficiency Checking clients in and out while creating a polished luxury guest experience Confidently educating clients on memberships, services, pricing, retail products, and treatment recommendations Actively promoting, explaining, and selling memberships — a critical component of this role Building strong relationships with guests to drive retention, rebooking, and long-term loyalty Supporting team goals, sales initiatives, and performance targets Assisting guests to ensure every spa visit feels personalized, seamless, and memorable Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation of lobby, retail, and guest areas Supporting opening, closing, and operational duties as needed What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: ✔ Sales-minded and confident — comfortable discussing memberships, recommending services, and helping guests invest in their wellness experience ✔ A naturally positive, high-energy individual who brings enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism every day ✔ Self-motivated and goal-oriented — someone who takes initiative, stays productive, and thrives in a performance-driven environment ✔ A master of customer service and luxury hospitality who understands how to create an exceptional spa experience ✔ A fast learner who adapts quickly, retains information, and enjoys continuous growth ✔ Skilled at multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment ✔ Dependable, professional, polished, and solution-oriented ✔ Open and flexible to working at both Spa Sway locations (Domain & Westlake) ✔ Experienced in customer service, hospitality, retail sales, membership sales, or luxury service industries (spa, salon, wellness, or med spa experience strongly preferred) Why Join Spa Sway?
