This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the aesthetics, skincare, or beauty industry and thrives in a polished, patient-focused environment. The front desk plays a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting a busy, collaborative team. Schedule Full-time | 5 days per week Typical hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients, creating a warm and professional first impression Manage scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and front desk operations Answer phones and assist with patient questions about treatments and services Support retail skincare sales and promotions Maintain an organized and efficient front office Work closely with providers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice a must Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor Comfortable discussing aesthetic treatments and skincare products Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Compensation & Perks $19-$24+ per hour (based on experience) Retail commission opportunities Growth potential as the practice expands Supportive, team-oriented culture Apply to learn more about this opportunity.
