  • Overview
  • We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this position.
  • Duties
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and paper documents.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Operate office management tools, including phone systems and office equipment.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to operate phone systems and other office equipment efficiently.
  • Experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not required.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
