Contract (6 months, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs) Position Overview We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients entering the office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient environment while supporting daily administrative operations within a fast-paced title services setting. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, ensuring a positive and professional front desk experience Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls Provide administrative support to title staff, including order entry and client follow-up Receive and process earnest money contracts Distribute incoming mail and handle general office correspondence Maintain organization and cleanliness of the reception area Qualifications Previous experience managing a front desk or reception area required Prior experience in the title or real estate industry preferred, but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone, email, and in-person) High level of professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively What We're Looking For A friendly, polished, and customer-focused demeanor Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment A proactive team player who can adapt to changing priorities
