Bilingual Front Desk Associate

Description Perform daily billing tasks and enter patient and insurance information accurately into company systems. Prepare and submit insurance claims after each patient visit, ensuring all required documentation is complete. Generate patient invoices, including clear itemized charges for services and supplies. Review claims for accuracy and compliance with payer requirements before submission. Follow up on outstanding claims, denials, and missing information to support timely reimbursement. Maintain organized billing records and support the revenue cycle team as needed. Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve billing questions or discrepancies.
