  • Phone and in-person communication with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
  • Patience and courtesy with others is a must
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered
  • Organize and maintain files and records of data entry activities
  • Assist with order entry and word processing as needed
  • Receive payments from clients without error
  • Be or be qualified to become a Notary Public
  • Enter data into computerized databases and systems accurately and efficiently ```Qualifications```
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative/clerical role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Quickbooks
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with databases and data management systems This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our data by accurately entering information into our computerized systems. If you are highly organized, have strong computer skills, and enjoy working with data, we encourage you to apply for this position. Please note that this is not a remote position. The Data Entry Clerk will be expected to work on-site at our office location. Candidates should have strong availability meaning reliable childcare and transportation. Absolutely NO Personal Cell Phone use during working hours. There is possibility for advancemment.
