Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced law office. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently to ensure optimal time utilization. Maintain office organization by performing clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents. Provide general administrative assistance and complete additional responsibilities as needed to ensure efficient office operations. Assist with customer support inquiries, providing information and resolving issues as needed. Support office management tasks including inventory management of supplies and equipment. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Qualifications Business casual attire required. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent time management skills to prioritize effectively in a busy environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams, is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
