Veterinary Receptionist

Castroville Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time veterinary receptionist . We are seeking an

EXPERIENCED

receptionist with multitasking and communicative skills. As receptionist, your duties will include, but not limited to greeting clients, checking clients in and out, answering multiple phone lines, responding to client E-mails, maintaining patient records, refilling prescription medications, maintaining a clean and functional reception/lobby area, client hospitality, client communication and education, teamwork, and other various receptionist duties. Some degree of cross-training may be applicable depending on the individual. Work hours are 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm Monday - Friday and 8:00am-12:00pm two Saturday's a month. Previous receptionist/customer service experience is requested, experience in the Veterinary field is a requirement. •References are required.
