Front Desk Receptionist & Content Creator Do you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and creating engaging social media content? We're looking for a friendly, confident, and highly motivated individual who can provide excellent customer service while helping showcase the Bnails brand online. This is a unique hybrid role combining guest experience + creativity . Responsibilities As our Front Desk Receptionist & Content Creator, you will: Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional attitude Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Help customers schedule and manage appointments Perform accurate data entry and system updates Make outbound calls when needed (follow-ups, confirmations, etc.) Recommend and upsell services or products appropriately Handle customer concerns professionally or escalate when necessary Capture and create engaging social media content (videos, posts, stories, behind-the-scenes moments) Skills & Qualities We Value To thrive in this role, you should have: Strong customer service and people skills Clear and confident communication (in person & phone) Comfortable presence on camera / social media Organized and detail-oriented mindset Basic tech comfort (data entry, apps, scheduling systems) Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor Confidence recommending services and products Reliability and strong work ethic No advanced content skills required — personality, consistency, and willingness to learn matter more. $16.00 per hour (based on experience & fit)

Expected Hours:

10 - 30 hours per week

Shift Options:

4-hour shifts 8-hour shifts Day shifts
