We manage over 30,000 single-family properties in Montgomery County and Liberty County. We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) receptionist who is self-disciplined with exemplary people skills.
A bilingual receptionist must have:
Customer service experience General proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel General understanding of GMAIL and Google Apps Exemplary people skills Experience in reception Time management skills Exhibit patience and kindness when speaking to customers Ability to navigate the internet and experience in working with Windows 10 Ability to maintain a call log record Able to keep an organized and clean working space
RESPONSIBILITIES
Database Administration Translating Documents, English to Spanish Communicating with Association members Tracking important conversations through a call log and reviewing the call log weekly to see that necessary actions have been taken to resolve issues Take payments in person for Association assessments Become knowledgeable about the day-to-day operations of Association Management with in-house training Be a resource person for association members
