Kennel Technician with fill in receptionist duties Callahan County Vet Clinic - 5.0 Clyde, TX Job Details Part-time 20 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Stocking Computer skills Full Job Description We are a fast-paced mixed animal practice that is in need of a smiling, friendly, and caring Kennel Tech. . No experience required as we will train the right candidate, but highly preferred. Must be able to work Monday thru Friday 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on rare occasion some weekend on-call shifts for inpatient hospital care. This position is primarily from 11:00 a.m.until closing with the flexibility to fill in mornings as needed. Duties include, but not limited to, cleaning kennels, walking patients, preparing kennels for surgery patients, assisting with lab testing including collection of samples (urine, blood, fecal matter, etc.), assisting with drop off patients/day admissions, administering and refilling medications, cleaning, restocking, and other duties needed by the veterinarian
