Receptionist

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist. This energetic role involves providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks. Duties Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently Provide excellent customer service support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Ensure phone etiquette standards are upheld at all times to foster a professional environment Experience Proven experience in office administration or reception roles with a focus on customer support and clerical tasks Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
