Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and assist patients, ensuring a positive first impression Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and phone inquiries Verify insurance benefits, process payments, and handle invoicing Maintain organized and accurate patient records and office documentation Assist with inventory management for office and optical supplies Support office workflow by collaborating with doctors, technicians, and optical staff

Skills & Qualifications Qualifications:

1-2 years experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role in healthcare or optometry

Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in office software and scheduling systems (EHR experience is required) A positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Leadership qualities and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
