This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth workflows. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to create a positive first impression for clients and callers alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop a broad range of office management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Required working schedule:
Thursday 9:30am-8pm, Friday 9:30am-8pm, Saturday 9:30am-8pm , other days as needed Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere Manage phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and routing calls with proper phone etiquette Handle all front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing visitor sign-in procedures Support customer service efforts by assisting head spa specialists and providing support as needed Maintain organized records of correspondence, appointments, and office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a professional setting. Strong computer literacy- use of Zenoti Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer support experience Knowledge of handling basic financial transactions Previous experience in spas or salons is advantageous but not required Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks accurately to meet deadlines Required working schedule: Thursday 9:30am-8pm, Friday 9:30am-8pm, Saturday 9:30am-8pm . other days as needed, flexibility appreciated Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in office administration.
