This role will work with the Personal Banking Manager and other Senior Personal Bankers.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Banking Team on the lobby Front Desk to take on administrative tasks such as greeting walk-in clients, directing the clients to the appropriate Personal Banker, and answering the phone
  • Additionally, the role will include setting up for various partner/banker meetings
  • Sit at Front Desk
  • First Point of Contact when client enters building and greeting them upon arrival
  • Directing Walk-In Traffic to appropriate partner to assist with the transaction(s
  • First point of contact for Main Line incoming calls and get client to the appropriate partner
  • Set up meetings for various meeting as needed
  • Multiple admin tasks from the Personal Banking Manager
