This role will work with the Personal Banking Manager and other Senior Personal Bankers.
Responsibilities
Work with the Banking Team on the lobby Front Desk to take on administrative tasks such as greeting walk-in clients, directing the clients to the appropriate Personal Banker, and answering the phone
Additionally, the role will include setting up for various partner/banker meetings
Sit at Front Desk
First Point of Contact when client enters building and greeting them upon arrival
Directing Walk-In Traffic to appropriate partner to assist with the transaction(s
First point of contact for Main Line incoming calls and get client to the appropriate partner
Set up meetings for various meeting as needed
Multiple admin tasks from the Personal Banking Manager
