As the receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our organization, responsible for greeting customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills, who can work independently and as part of a team. We offer a schedule with specific days required , Monday's and Thursday's from 8am-5pm, in addition to be flexible to cover the positions when needed for vacation or sick days during the rest of the week including an occasional Saturday.

Pay:

$15.00 per hour, Weekly paid

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Perform secretarial work including filing, copying, and data entry. Assist the sales department and other staff with administrative tasks as needed. Schedule and coordinate drivers for vehicle deliveries. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. Availability to be flexible with days. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills High school diploma or equivalent.
