SUMMARY:
Responsible for welcoming and greeting guests in person or on the phone. Properly transferring calls to the designated department or person.
LOCATION
South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Promptly and courteously answering all incoming calls and forwarding them to the appropriate department Handling all incoming lobby traffic, including greeting guests and advising guests of guests in the lobby, signing in delivery services, vendors, maintenance workers, etc Ensuring the lobby is always presentable Assist with customer service tasks and duties as needed Requirements Must have 2+ years of experience in customer service Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and Excel Must have excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail Must have a positive attitude with exceptional client service skills Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred Willingness to learn Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work well with others
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Multilingual is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM . Candidates must be adaptable, as the role may occasionally require extended hours—including early mornings, evenings, and weekends—based on the auction schedule.
