Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines front desk duties with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing communications with professionalism and warmth while supporting office management activities. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle front desk operations, including signing in visitors, managing security protocols, and maintaining visitor logs Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative workflows Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings for staff members Maintain office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient Assist with office management duties such as organizing files, preparing correspondence, and supporting special projects Requirements Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Knowledge of office management procedures, data entry, filing systems, and proofreading techniques Receptionist experience is advantageous for handling calendar management and customer support roles Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly with high attention to detail Join us in creating an inviting environment where professionalism meets energetic service!
