We are looking for a bilingual, outgoing and friendly front desk receptionist. Has at least 1 year of fast paced customer service experience in a busy office. No licenses necessary. Streamlining office operations. distributing correspondence, redirecting phone calls. taking payments, answering billing questions

• performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
• assisting team members with administrative and office duties.

Organized and Quick with Tasks, fast typist, excellent office communications skills in addressing customers of all levels. Professional Appearance is a must. An extremely friendly personality is absolutely necessary for this position. Multitasking, and stress management skills are essential.
