Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask efficiently. The Front Desk Receptionist will support daily operations by handling phone systems, scheduling, and clerical duties to ensure smooth office functioning. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy Manage phone systems, directing calls appropriately and answering inquiries Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service standards Manage correspondence, including emails and written communication, demonstrating strong phone etiquette Maintain organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Verifying insurances for patients, getting referrals and authorizations. Qualifications Proven experience in office, clerical work, or as a receptionist; medical receptionist. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data entry Ability to operate multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Prior experience in office experience or administrative roles demonstrating time management skills Knowledge of calendar management tools and scheduling software is advantageous This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism and efficiency are valued. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while providing outstanding support to clients and staff alike.
Pay:
$15.00 - $15.50 per hour
