Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding guest services, manage animal reservations, and handle inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations Answer guest inquiries via phone and in person, delivering accurate information with excellent phone etiquette Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction Maintain detailed records of guest stays, billing, and special requests while ensuring data accuracy Proven experience in front desk operations Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve an international clientele effectively Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette Ability to work flexible hours, Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
