In this role, you'll be the first impression of the office, welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and helping prepare our conference room for meetings. If you thrive in a quiet, professional environment and enjoy keeping things organized and on track, this could be a great short-term opportunity for you!
Requirements:
Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor Comfortable working in a calm, quiet office setting Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail Ability to manage phone calls and greet guests confidently Adaptable and able to handle light administrative tasks
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:30
PM Compensation:
