Medspa Front Desk Receptionist

Nuli Studios is a premier medspa specializing in anti-aging treatments, such as botox and retinoids. We are dedicated to providing exceptional beauty and wellness services to our clients. We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at our new location in Frisco, TX with immediate availability. Our anticipated opening is in late June and the successful candidate will be asked to begin training at our Dallas location upon hiring.

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome clients, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere Answer phone calls and respond to text and email inquiries, providing accurate information to client questions Schedule appointments and manage the studio's calendar efficiently, considering the availability of our skilled specialists Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments and maintaining accurate records Recommend and sell beauty and wellness products to clients, based on their needs and preferences Inform clients about the benefits and features of the Nuli Unlimited membership and assist with membership sales Coordinate and facilitate retinoid consultations, ensuring clients receive personalized recommendations and information Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations, assisting in maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medspa, spa, or wellness center highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage appointment scheduling effectively Proficient computer skills, including experience with appointment scheduling and POS software. Boulevard experience is a plus. Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Ability to work independently with a self-driven attitude Professional appearance and positive attitude, reflecting the values of

Nuli Studios Working Hours and Location:

This is a full-time position (30+ hours per week)

Wednesday & Thursday:

9:00 AM to 7:00 PM;

Friday:

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM;

Saturday:

10:00 AM to 4:00 PM; and

Sunday:

11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This position will primarily be at our location in Frisco, TX (8812 Coleman Blvd, Frisco, TX 75034). Training will be at our Dallas location (4414 Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX 75225) for approximately 10 days prior to starting in Frisco.
