Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression and supporting the overall efficiency of our office environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using excellent phone etiquette. Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and support office management tasks such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence. Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when necessary. Support administrative functions including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing office supplies. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or as a receptionist with strong clerical skills. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus. Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and customer service roles such as medical or dental receptionist is preferred. Familiarity with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is advantageous. Previous personal assistant or administrative experience demonstrating time management and proofreading skills is highly valued. $21.93 - $26.41 per hour
