Person applying should be comfortable working independently and as a part of a team, communicating clearly, and highly organized. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, verifying insurance benefits and inputting breakdowns in system, answering a multi-line phone system, submitting electronic and paper claims, collecting and posting incoming payments, following up on unscheduled treatment, and completing other daily office duties. Reliable daily transportation is required. This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday - Thursday and every other Friday- 7:40am-5pm.

Requirements:

• Dental experience is a must
• Eaglesoft is preferred
• Team player
• Dependable
• Knowledge of dental ADA codes and Dental terminology
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Good understanding of Dental Terminology
• Friendly and welcoming

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
