As a Guest Services Team Member at
BOLDER ADVENTURE
PARK, your primary purpose is to manage ticketing and park admission processes efficiently, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional welcome at the front desk. Handle ticketing and admission processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain a positive attitude while multitasking in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment, contributing to overall guest satisfaction. Uphold company standards and policies in all interactions, representing

Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, and understand
English Required Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a front desk or guest services capacity Experience working in a fast-paced environment
