Job Description

Granger Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned, small animal facility located in Granger Texas just east of Georgetown on Highway 95. It is staffed with an amazing team of dedicated technicians and doctors that are trained to handle both wellness examinations and emergency care. Client satisfaction is a priority at Granger Veterinary Hospital. Our staff takes great pride in providing every pet with the best quality veterinary care and treating each pet like they are family. We are looking for a reliable and compassionate team player to join our team!
As a Receptionist you will:
Receive and place calls to clients for the purpose of scheduling, multitask, maintain proper documentation of client and patient records and manage the financial needs of the hospital.
Requirements:
Previous veterinary receptionist experience is a MUST Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology Ability to work independently as well as to accept direction on given tasks Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, good judgment and ability to manage stressful situations. Experience with EzyVet is preferred, but not required Able to work from 7:15am-6:00pm (4 days a week) and rotating weekend shifts 7:45am-12:00pm
