Front Desk Coordinator If you have dental front office experience , enjoy working with children, and love providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you! Our growing pediatric dental practice is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to be the first smile our patients and families see when they walk through our doors. Position Responsibilities Welcome patients and families with exceptional customer service. Check patients in and out efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule. Verify insurance benefits and collect payments. Answer phones and assist parents with questions. Maintain accurate patient records. Coordinate communication between the clinical team and families. Help create a positive and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications:
Previous dental front office experience is required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
