Overview Mid Cities Women's Clinic - Haslet & Euless Locations Since 1984, Mid Cities Women's Clinic has provided discreet, compassionate, and professional care to women facing unplanned pregnancies and related health concerns. Our medical clinic offers complimentary pregnancy testing, STI testing, limited ultrasounds (upon qualification), professional counseling, education, and ongoing support services. Our mission is simple and powerful: Encouraging Hope, Health, and Healing. We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and confident Reception Manager to lead the front-office experience across our Haslet and Euless locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-centered environment, enjoys leading volunteers/staff, and is passionate about creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for patients. This position serves as the front line of communication for Mid Cities Women's Clinic and plays a key leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent patient experience, and strong receptionist team performance.
Position Overview:
The Reception Manager reports to the Haslet Clinic Director and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the receptionist team at both locations. This role oversees scheduling, training, communication, and front office workflow while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and secure environment. Duties Leadership & Reception Team Management Lead and support reception staff in daily responsibilities
Patient Experience & Front Office Operations:
Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for patients and visitors Ensure a calm, quiet, and compassionate environment Assist with appointment scheduling and patient registration Support patient communication via phone and in person Maintain organization and availability of forms and front desk materials
Facility & Office Oversight:
Monitor appearance of waiting areas, front office, and kitchen Coordinate with Office Manager on facility needs Help manage supply levels for front office, bathrooms, and kitchen Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure professional environment
Security & Confidentiality:
Maintain building security awareness Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient files Uphold clinic privacy and professionalism standards
Additional Responsibilities:
Function as a Patient Advocate when needed Assist with administrative support as assigned Support overall clinic operations and team collaboration Provide ongoing training and onboarding for new receptionists Maintain clear communication with the receptionist team Develop and manage receptionist schedules to meet clinic needs Conduct quarterly team meetings Perform annual evaluations and provide growth-focused feedback Qualifications We are looking for someone who is: Warm, welcoming, and compassionate with patients Strong in leadership, organization, and communication Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Dependable and able to follow through on commitments Skilled at problem-solving and conflict resolution Passionate about serving women in crisis pregnancies Aligned with a life-affirming, faith-based mission Requirements High school diploma or GED required Proficient in Microsoft Office (training provided for scheduling system) Willing to learn Ekyros Scheduling System Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities Must complete MCWC Volunteer Lay Counselor Training & Orientation Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy Pro-life, Christ follower who believes the Bible is the inerrant
