We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative assistant/ Receptionist with expertise and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to join our team. This multifaceted role combines administrative support, office management, and digital social marketing responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations while promoting our brand effectively across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to serve as a vital link between our clients, team members, and the community. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquette. Oversee office operations by maintaining organized filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Create engaging bilingual content in Spanish and English for marketing materials, social media posts, and client communications. Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, managing office supplies, supporting personal assistant tasks, and assisting with special projects as needed. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with diverse clients and partners. Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and familiarity with social media platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette; experience handling multi-line phone systems preferred. Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills; previous office experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
