Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a proactive attitude to support daily office functions. First Impressions:
Warmly greeting clients, handling walk-ins, and assisting agents; maintaining a pristine, client-ready aesthetic for the front desk and conference rooms. •
Communication:
Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately. Managing the general office email inbox. •
Tech & Administrative Support:
Assisting with general data entry and basic files. Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) is required. Experience with modern real estate CRMs is highly preferred. •
Office Maintenance:
Managing conference room bookings, monitoring office supply inventory, and assisting with setup for weekly team meetings and brokerage cultural events. • Attention to

This position requires extreme organizational tracking and data integrity to keep our back-office operations seamless. Requirements • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, front desk, or high-end hospitality environment (Required).
