In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily routine Responsibilities ☀Oversee daily spa operations and ensure exceptional customer service ☀Manage staff schedules, training, and team performance ☀Hire, interview, and onboard new employees ☀Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment ☀Handle client concerns and ensure high client satisfaction ☀Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance ☀Support sales goals, memberships, and retail performance ☀Coordinate appointments and front desk operations ☀Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies ☀Develop marketing ideas and promotions to grow the business ☀Manage payroll, budgeting, and operational reports ☀Lead the team with professionalism, organization, and positive communication Experience Prior spa, wellness experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace tools Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Experience with front desk duties in medical or dental settings is a plus but not required Knowledge of office management procedures including calendar management, data entry, filing, and proofreading Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating positive first impressions while supporting the backbone of our daily operations.
