About the
Role:
We are looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our vibrant hair salon. You'll keep our daily operations running smoothly while providing a warm, professional experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Connection:
Greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and manage phone inquiries with a positive attitude.
Scheduling:
Book and manage appointments using our salon software.
Office Support:
Maintain a tidy front desk, assist with basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks), and manage office supplies.
Communication:
Coordinate with stylists to ensure a seamless client flow.
What We're Looking For:
People Skills:
Excellent phone etiquette and a passion for customer service.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry.
Multi-tasker:
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
