Overnight Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)

Job Summary Please Note:

This position is for Friday and Saturday nights only . Applicants must be available to work both shifts and understand that this is an overnight position with a two-day-per-week schedule . About the Position Contemporary Concierge is seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Overnight Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional service at a luxury residential community located in East Downtown Houston. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming, secure, and well-managed environment during evening and overnight hours. Responsibilities Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner Monitor building access and visitor entry Assist residents with general inquiries and service requests Manage package deliveries and resident notifications Conduct routine property walkthroughs as directed Document incidents, maintenance concerns, and resident interactions Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Communicate effectively with property management and residents Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic computer and email proficiency Previous front desk, concierge, hospitality, customer service, or security experience preferred Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must pass a background check Must have reliable transportation Must be available every Friday and Saturday from 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM Must acknowledge that this position is only scheduled for two nights per week and is an overnight shift Why Join Us?
