Job Description:
Receptionist/Secretary
PART TIME WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-6PM SATURDAY 8AM-3PM
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with project coordination and document preparation
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar role preferred\
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with Excel or other accounting software is desirable
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
  • must have a
TEXAS DRIVERS LICENSE
  • Bilingual
