Receptionist/SecretaryPART TIME WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-6PM SATURDAY 8AM-3PM
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with project coordination and document preparation
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records
- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar role preferred\
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with Excel or other accounting software is desirable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- must have a
TEXAS DRIVERS LICENSE
- Bilingual
