Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Norm Reeves is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Collision Center team. This role is often the first point of contact for customers, so we're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and provides excellent customer service.\
What You'll Do:
Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule appointments and assist with customer inquiries Communicate with customers regarding vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups Assist with invoicing, billing, and processing repair orders Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed Process paperwork and assist with administrative tasks Support the Collision Center team with day-to-day operations Keep the reception area clean, organized, and customer-ready
What You'll Need:
