Job Overview Join our dynamic veterinary team as a Veterinary Receptionist, where your energetic and positive attitude will be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals. In this vital role, you will create a welcoming environment, manage appointments, and coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations, contributing to exceptional pet care and client satisfaction. Duties Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk with efficiency and professionalism Handle medical collections accurately, ensuring timely billing and payment processing Facilitate communication between pet owners and veterinary team regarding treatment plans, follow-up care, and medication instructions Ensure a clean, organized reception area that adheres to safety standards Qualifications Prior experience in veterinary reception and Avimark within animal clinics is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal anatomy Experience with medical collection processes Familiarity with kennel management, pet grooming, dog training or pet care enhances your suitability for this role Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A commitment to animal welfare and excellent customer service standards This position is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about animals and eager to grow within the veterinary field. Pay:
