Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a competent and friendly Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines welcoming visitors, managing communications, and supporting daily office operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent customer service skills. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, their families, community partners, and staff, ensuring a positive experience while efficiently handling administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them appropriately and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Operate phone systems to answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages with courteous phone etiquette Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and accessibility Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination Perform general office management duties including ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting clerical functions such as typing and proofreading documents Experience Previous office experience or clerical work demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual settings Familiarity with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets), and data entry procedures Knowledge of phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems for professional communication Experience with administrative support tasks such as calendar management, filing systems, proofreading documents, and personal assistant responsibilities is preferred Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your positive attitude and organizational talents shine!
