This job description is intended to provide a high-level of general requirements for this position. It is not a complete statement of duties, responsibilities, or requirements. Other duties not listed here may be assigned as necessary to ensure proper operations. Responsible for managing the Career Center reception desk, telephones, and computer bank. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
All job functions are to be performed following safety guidelines and regulations Answer all incoming telephone calls, direct callers, take messages, and route correspondence appropriately. Enter new participant questionnaires into the database prior to submitting to the Case Manager. Assist all customers/clients and directs them in the appropriate manner. Establish professional relationships with customers and employees. Assign and monitor computer bank and headphone sets as necessary. Sort and distribute interoffice correspondence and other mail when requested. Keep copy room stocked with regularly used forms and documents. Responsible for keeping copier filled with paper. Audit participant files on a regular basis. Ability to travel inside the Goodwill territory and abide by all procedures pertaining to the use of a company vehicle. Other duties as assigned. Demonstrate the Mission of Goodwill Industries of Northwest Texas on a daily basis: "Goodwill is a local non-profit helping people overcome challenges, find jobs & grow careers." Demonstrate the Core Four in all interactions: "Be Honest, Be on Time, Work Hard and Be Respectful of Others". Complete all required GII training within six months of hire date. Complete 12 hours of professional development each year. Where these programs are available:
Assist with front desk reception. Schedule and assign community service workers as needed. Complete all paperwork for community service and enter data. Process all paperwork related to community service including time sheets; enters into the data base and filing as needed. Maintain logs of donation receipts and filing. Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Clerical experience preferred. Customer service experience. Qualifications:
