Full Job Description Description:
Our company is seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and providing information and assistance to visitors and callers. In addition, the Office Receptionist will perform administrative tasks such as filing, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and driving to run errands for the office.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers Perform administrative tasks such as filing Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Drive to run errands for the office Perform one-off tasks to keep things in the office organized, clean, and put together Maintain cleanliness of the office building
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required If you are a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
