Job Description
We are seeking a receptionist/front office helper to join our team. In this role, you will be reponsible for managing our front desk and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a key role in making a positive impression on our visitors and providing essential support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones. Generate work orders. Submit online requests for utility locates. Register vehicles monthly with Comal County tax office. Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries. Order office and cleaning supplies. Assist office manager as needed. Assist owner as needed.
Qualifications:
Professional attitude and appearance. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Must be dependable. Able to work part time afternoons (12:30 - 4:30) Monday through Friday. Hands on experience with office equipment (laptop, printer etc.). Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Quickbooks Online preferred, but not required.
