Job Description
Front Desk Receptionist with Experience. Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself Temperature screen employees and visitors as well as disinfecting the work place before the day is over. Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents Maintain copies of patient records as well as the files stored in the computer system. Provide patients with support and guidance as needed Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and confidential work area
