Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in
Canva, Word, and Excel Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills; customer-first mindset.
Work Ethic:
Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask independently.
Preferred:
Prior front desk, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus — but not required.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Warm Welcomes:
Greet members, guests, and athletes with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Communication Hub:
Answer calls, respond to emails, and handle program and membership inquiries.
Membership Support:
Assist with sign-ups, renewals, account updates, and payment processing.
Organized Operations:
Maintain front desk and lobby areas; keep digital and physical records current.
Team Collaboration:
